Nantong Helia Plastic Co.ltd is a well manufactory and trade company located in Nantong city, jiangsu, China, which is near from Shanghai about 150KM, it's about 1.5 hours by car. And there are many ports such as SHANGHAI, NANTONG, SUZHOU, NINGBO PORTS around. In 2002, it was set up by Mr. Harry who was done well training in plastic field more than 15 years.
